We also install up to cold strap kits, and new Water Flex Connectors. An average job done right will take an experienced plumbing 2.5 to 3 hours to do. The average install price on a 40 gallon water is $1,100.00 to $1,200.00 to complete with all new parts and disposal of your old water heater. We offer epoxy coating of hot and cold copper water line and sewer lines as an option. This application takes 2-3 days and you will have no dry wall holes and no mess to redo and clean up.
We can do all aspects of any Sewer line repair or replacement. When warranted we can line your sewer line with Epoxy liner to avoid holes in or on your property. We sometimes will recommend pipe bursting and pulling in a new sewer line with two small holes.
A Pressure Regulator is the most important and overlooked part of your house and sprinkler systems. An average valve fixture uses 2.5 gallons a minute. A properly set (50 PSI) and functioning Pressure Regulator will deliver up to 30 gallons a minute.
